An internship agreement is the contract you will need to hire an intern. An internship agreement is usually for a fixed period of time and offers the intern a stipend in exchange for services. The internship agreement is often accompanied by an IP and Confidentiality agreement. Whilst an intern is not an employee, they will need to sign the Company's GDPR Privacy standard. If a prospective intern has more experience and will be working on sensitive projects, a Company might want to treat the intern as a Consultant and use a Consultancy Agreement instead.
