To make a job offer, you need to specify the key terms of the employment agreement:
- Job title
- Line Manager
- Work location
- Benefits if applicable (e.g. medical insurance)
A job offer can also be conditional and should therefore specific the conditions of validity. For example, a job offer might be conditional on an applicant's graduation from University or right to work in the United Kingdom.
