If you are an existing Virgin media customer you can arrange for your account to be moved to a new address by providing as much notice as possible and a move in date. You might need to book a visit for Virgin to be installed depending on whether your new home has had Virgin installed before or not. You can check if Virgin cover your area by using Virgin's moving home tool.
Virgin customers must pay a £20 Virgin moving home fee to transfer the services to their new address.
If you are moving home and want to leave Virgin, you will need to use Virgin's standard cancellation process which involves calling them. Virgin will charge you for the 30 day notice period, and you may also have to pay an early disconnection fee if you’re still within your contracted period. Virgin will provide packaging for you to return your old kit to them.
