How much is it and who has to pay it?
Selective licensing areas are areas in the UK covered by Selective Licensing Schemes. This means that a landlord needs a “landlord license” from the local council to rent property in the area. These areas are selected because of low demand for housing or significant problems with anti-social behaviour.
