Excluded occupiers have fewer rights than tenants. An excluded occupier often lives in the landlord's property, sharing some areas, such as a bathroom and kitchen, with them.
As an excluded occupier, you are only entitled to 'reasonable' notice- what constitutes reasonable is not a set term.
