Whether you want to use a let only or full management letting agent is entirely up to you. A let-only agent will organise the process of finding and onboarding the tenant but after this everything else (such as repairs) will be your responsibility to keep on top of and organise in accordance with guidelines. A full management agent will not only find and sign your tenants but manage the property throughout the tenancy. When deciding between the two you should consider:

• How flexible your schedule can be to respond to an emergency;
• How invested you are in your property;
• Whether you have the economic means, and finally;
• What you will get the most enjoyment out of!
