If you are an existing Sky customer you can arrange for your account to be moved to a new address by providing at least 2 weeks' notice and a move in date. You might need to book a visit for Sky to be installed depending on whether your new home has had Sky Q installed before or not. In certain cases it might not be possible for your moving company to move sky to your new home and you can find out by using Sky's tool.
Sky VIP customers do not need to pay a sky moving home fee but Sky Q customers will need to pay a charge. This charge will depend on whether you are installing a dish or broadband.
If you are moving home and want to leave Sky, you will need to use Sky's standard cancellation process which involves calling them and paying an early cancellation fee.
