Billing period: the time interval between each monthly payment collected

Completion of Service: previewing, adding parties to or signing the agreement
Monthly Subscription: subscription plan paid on a monthly basis with a resettable allowance
Pay as you go: subscription plan paid on a one-off basis depending on the number of contracts
‘You’: the customer
You can cancel your subscription and request a refund within 10 business days of your subscription commencing, as long as Completion of Service did not take place, by emailing the Company at support@legislate.tech. Refund requests will be assessed on a case by case basis and the Company reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund. The Company will consider the reasons for your request and get back to you within 5 business days from the receipt of your request with a decision. If a refund request is approved then the refund will be made using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. If your request for a refund has been approved after providing your payment details but the payment has not been collected yet, the payment will not be collected.

No further payments will be taken afterwards.
In other circumstances, we will do our best to understand your specific situation and may proceed on a case by case basis and approve refunds at our discretion.
