Legislate presented its contract management offering to landlords and letting agents in the private rented sector at the Landlord Expo 2022 which was held at the Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol. The event which was organised by Bath and North East Somerset Council, Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council and South Gloucestershire Council attracted property professionals from across the West of England. The property professional attendees included landlords, letting agents, property managers, property developers as well as vendors.
Legislate was one of the exhibitors at the West of England Landlord expo and gave demos from a computer to explain how landlords and letting agents can use Legislate to create, manage and sign tenancy related contracts for their properties whilst tracking the data in their contracts.
